By using FFSIM, you agree to abide by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use: Our virtual and physical SIM numbers are provided for legitimate account verification purposes. You strictly agree NOT to use our service for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate, permanent account ban without warning.
2. Payments and Refunds: All deposits made to FFSIM via Cryptocurrency or other gateways are final and non-refundable to your external wallet. You are only charged when an SMS code is successfully received. If a number fails to receive a code within the active window, the order is cancelled and your balance is instantly refunded back to your FFSIM account balance.
3. Number Expiry: Standard numbers are temporary and usually valid for 10-20 minutes. Once the time expires, the number is destroyed and cannot be reused or recovered under any circumstances.
4. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exploit bugs, use unauthorized payment methods, or violate our acceptable use policy.
